Service and refurbishment
of hot-melt systems
We provide specialized maintenance and refurbishment services for industrial hot-melt bonding systems. Service operations are performed either directly on-site or at our workshop facilities. We offer both scheduled and emergency hot-melt system support. Our scope of services includes, among others:
- refurbishment of adhesive modules (valves, needles, seals);
- refurbishment and repair of single- and multi-channel applicator heads;
- refurbishment and repair of piston and gear pumps;
- repair and replacement of adhesive units, heated hoses, and temperature sensors; emergency services, e.g., following adhesive changeovers;
- comprehensive cleaning and repair of adhesive tanks;
- service and repair of control systems and electrical wiring.
Hot-melt inspections
and operational support
Regular inspections allow for the early detection of critical component wear, which translates to a reduced risk of sudden failures that lead to uncontrolled production line downtime. As part of our periodic inspections, we perform, among others:
- technical condition inspection of pumps, modules, and applicator heads;
- leak testing of the adhesive system and its connections;
- inspection and adjustment of operating parameters (temperature, pressure, stability, and repeatability of adhesive application);
- assessment of contamination levels within the tank and the entire adhesive system;
- identification of components requiring repair or replacement.
Our offer is complemented by operational support, including technical consultancy on the correct operation of hot-melt systems, selection of operating parameters, and maintenance planning. We assist in identifying the root causes of recurring failures, adhesive application issues, and excessive component wear.
