When selecting a new hot-melt hose, it is essential to know the specifications of the existing hose: length, internal diameter, supply voltage, temperature sensor type, connector type and the machine’s operating conditions. The hose’s appearance alone is not sufficient, as two visually similar hoses may differ in the sensor, plug or fitting design.
We select hoses for automatic applications and selected manual applications. If you know the OEM part number of the existing hose, this will speed up the selection process. If the number is illegible or unavailable, you can send us photographs of the old hose, the fittings, the electrical plug and the equipment nameplate. Based on this information, we will help identify the correct replacement.
Robatech heated hoses and high-quality equivalents
In this product group, we offer both genuine Robatech hoses and hoses fully compatible with Robatech systems — high-quality, proven equivalents at attractive prices. We can also manufacture heated hoses to customer specifications.
Our Robatech hose equivalents are carefully selected hoses designed for continuous operation at temperatures of up to 260°C, with a burst pressure four times greater than the working pressure. They feature a durable PTFE inner core resistant to a wide range of solvents, acids and aggressive adhesives under high-temperature operating conditions. The hoses are available with internal diameters of 6, 8, 13, 16 and 25 mm and in custom lengths ranging from 0.4 m to 15 m.

Robatech DN6, DN8, DN13 and DN16 hoses with NTC sensor
- DN6 / DN8 (smaller diameters): Designed for precise bead, dot or line application at lower flow rates. They provide a fast system response and help minimise pressure losses at automatic applicators.
- DN13 / DN16 (larger diameters): Used in high-output production lines, for supplying multi-point manifolds, in long installations and with high-viscosity adhesives. They prevent flow restriction and protect the melter pump against overload.

- Electrical connector type — send us a photograph of the pin arrangement inside the plug and a photograph of the melter nameplate, and we will identify the correct replacement hose.
ITW Dynatec heated hoses
We supply industrial ITW Dynatec hot-melt hoses, as well as more economical, proven alternatives compatible with Dynatec systems. Their design ensures full mechanical and electrical compatibility with original melters, eliminating the risk of controller errors and false heating-circuit alarms.

Safe replacement and correct selection:
ITW Dynatec-compatible hoses most commonly operate at 240 V and require the temperature sensor characteristics, such as PT100, to be matched precisely to the controller. An incorrectly selected hose may cause the production line to shut down immediately due to over-temperature or under-temperature alarms.
To order the correct hose, provide us with the ITW Dynatec part number shown on the hose label or in the production line’s technical documentation. If no markings are available, our specialists will select the correct replacement based on the pin configuration of the power and control connector and the model of the installed melter.
Hot-melt hoses compatible with Meler and Melton systems
- Temperature sensing: Fitted as standard with precise Ni120 (NiFe) temperature sensors.
- Connectors: Equipped with factory-installed round industrial plugs matching the Meler pin configuration, eliminating the need for on-site soldering or cable assembly.
